Lowfield was built in 1901 as a Gentleman’s residence in the area of Bay Horse and now provides Bed and Breakfast accommodation in the house and self-catering in the Barn on the same site. It is situated in the North Lancashire countryside, surrounded by 3 acres of mature gardens and orchard yet only 3 minutes by car from Junction 33 of the M6.
The house has 3 letting bedrooms, all of which has been recently renovated to a high standard with
en-suite facilities, wi-fi and wall mounted TVs and tea/coffee making facilities.
A full English breakfast is provided in the Dining room downstairs.
There is secure parking for cars and locked storage for cycles. There is a Country Inn just 300m, from the house and several other Inns within 2 miles. Lancaster University is under 3 miles and the A6 (300m.) provides access to the towns of Lancaster and Morecambe to the north and Garstang and Blackpool to the south. The Lake District is within 45 minutes by car.
